Andrews Securities welcomes the participation of other broker-dealers in its placements. If your firm is looking for high-quality product to place throughout both its institutional and individual book of business, Andrews Securities can provide the transactions you are looking for. We typically will choose a small number of participating dealers for distribution of the funds and transactions we represent. Through our extensive institutional relationships, we receive significant deal flow of both niche alternative funds seeking investment capital and companies seeking growth capital. We select only alternative investment products that we believe will provide risk-adjusted absolute returns to investors. We will always be able to supply comprehensive due diligence information to our participating broker-dealers, and provide institutional-quality sales material. Our placement philosophy is simple: We choose great products, and believe that the placement agents who are instrumental in the financing deserve the lion’s share of the compensation. We typically will share between 50-75% of cash commissions with participating dealers, and in equity transactions that involve warrants for the placement agents, we will share warrants with participating dealers.
